Blue Noble’s third PBSA investment in Italy, Aparto Milan Durando comprises a new, ground up PBSA development in the Bovisa district, close to Milan’s Politecnico University (48k students). Bovisa is a neighbourhood undergoing mass regeneration from its industrial past and has seen a wave of investment in its retail and transport infrastructure to meet the growing student demand for the area.
Set across two buildings, one offering rent-capped units and the other which offers rooms at free-market rates, this 612-bed residence features extensive amenities, including study rooms, a fitness area, yoga room, laundry, cinema, and shared common spaces. The project also encompasses elements of community use, including green spaces, pedestrian zones, improved infrastructure, and a new tram stop all of which have contributed to the revitalisation of the neighbourhood.
