Building on the same thesis as Aparto Milan Giovenale, Blue Noble developed a second PBSA asset, also targeting Bocconi University students, to further capitalise on the supply/demand imbalance across central Milan. With 717-beds, this project involved the refurbishment of a disused 1940s government building, retaining its listed features whilst constructing a new standalone block, purpose-designed for PBSA. The residence includes study and fitness spaces, rooftop terraces and expansive internal courtyards.
Located 700m from the new Bocconi University campus, home to 16k students, and adjacent to the athletes’ village built for the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics, Aparto Milan Ripamonti is situated in an area filled with retail and F&B offering.
The completed project was delivered in two parts with practical completion in Q2 2023 and Q1 2024 respectively. The asset has been 100% leased throughout its first three academic years of trading.
