A first-generation Broadgate office building, in an improving micro-location, acquired with a view to implementing an intensive asset management programme. This comprised a comprehensive refurbishment plan, which included a remodelling of the reception area, 3 office floors, common areas and the provision of new ‘end of trip’ facilities. This led to a 25% increase in headline rent.
The repositioned building was eventually sold to a global alternative asset management firm, delivering exceptional returns to investors.
