Investing on behalf of one of Europe’s largest listed asset managers, Blue Noble advised on the forward funding of a new PBSA scheme in the Redcliffe area of Bristol which was to be 100% leased to the University of Bristol (33k students). The development comprised the demolition of an obsolete office building and construction of a modern 357 bed scheme.

Located just 25 minutes walk from the main campus of the University of Bristol, this investment follows Blue Noble’s thesis of investing in well-located, high quality schemes close to leading higher education providers.
