With 156 apartments set across three standalone buildings, Teatro Luxury Apartments is located a short walk from both the Arno river and the Santa Maria Novella train station, as well as being within close proximity of the city’s iconic landmarks. The completed asset offers a wraparound rooftop space with panoramic views of the historic city of Florence and the Tuscan landscape beyond, as well as 2 ground floor restaurants serving the apartments and wider community.
During construction, a management contract was signed with Starhotels, the largest operator of hotel beds in Italy, for their new apart’hotel concept. Branded as ‘Teatro Luxury Apartments’, all three buildings have been operational since October 2025.
